Presenter pro enhancement - Flows

Now presenter pro to move beyond static notes. The new Flows capability allows you to build step-by-step interactive sequences directly on your demo. This dual-mode system lets you choose between random notes for AE guidance and structured flows.

How it Works:

1. Choosing Your Mode

In the top navigation, click Presenter Pro to toggle between two distinct workflows:

A. Notes Mode (Standard Guidance)

  • Best for: High-level talking points, "teleprompter" style cues, or non-linear tips for AEs.

  • How to create: Select Notes → Click anywhere on the canvas to place a hotspot and tooltip.

B. Flow Mode (New Interactive Sequences)

  • Best for: Step-by-step feature walkthroughs, AE training, and AI Agent path-mapping.

  • How to create:
    1. Select Flow → Click Start New Flow.
    2. Click your path: Every click on the canvas automatically generates a numbered hotspot and a tooltip in sequence.
    3. Navigation / Drill-down: To navigate pages or trigger app events without creating a hotspot, use Keyboard Shortcuts: Hold ⌥ ⌘ and click to navigate .

    4. Finish: Click Finish on the top bar to save your sequence.

Managing Your Flows

In the Presenter Pro Manager, flows are now organized into Group Cards:

  • Organization: Each flow is a unique group. Open a card to see every individual step within that sequence.
Use the filter in the preview/ present mode:

  • Visual Distinction: Each group is assigned a unique color for its hotspots, making it easy to distinguish between "Login Flow" (Blue) and "Checkout Flow" (Green).

  • Smart Filtering: During a live presentation, you can filter for specific flows. This ensures you only see the hotspots relevant to the current story, avoiding screen clutter.

The Agent Training

This flow addition is a core pillar for Agent Training.

  • Precision: By defining a flow, you ensure the AI Agent is trained on the exact sequence required for a feature.

  • Verification: You can now request the Agent to demonstrate a "Specific Flow" to verify it has learned the correct path.
