We are excited to introduce Integrated Issue Reporting. You can now flag bugs and glitches directly from the Cloner or the Editor in real-time. By capturing the context exactly when it happens, you help our support team see what you see, allowing us to fix problems faster than ever before.
How It Works
Whether you are testing a fresh clone or fine-tuning your assets in the editor, help is only two clicks away. Look for the Circle Icon in the top bar to get started.
Report an issue in the Cloner (Preview Mode)
Test your flow with confidence. If something doesn't look right:
Finish Cloning: Complete your initial setup.
Preview: Go to the "Test in Preview" mode.
Navigate: Move through the clone exactly as you would during a live presentation.
Report: If an issue occurs, click the Circle Icon on the top yellow bar.
Record & Submit: Choose between a text-only ticket or a Screen Recording. We highly recommend recording the specific flow that failed so our engineers can replicate it instantly. (you will need to approve access to mic and camera)
Report an issue in the Editor
Don't let a snag slow down your creative process:
Identify: When you tackle an issue while editing, stay right where you are.
Click: Select the Circle Icon on the top bar.
Capture: Choose to submit with text or a screen recording.
Submit: Describe the hurdle, attach your recording, and hit submit.
Pro-Tip: The Power of the Video
While a picture is worth a thousand words, a Screen Recording is worth a thousand developer hours.
Why record? The more information you provide, the faster we can respond. A recording captures the metadata and the exact sequence of events, often allowing us to solve the ticket without needing to reach back out to you with follow-up questions.
Remember: You can always add text comments to your recording to give us the full story.
